  • Inside Dhaka: Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days.
  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
  • Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended due to adverse weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: Delivery charges are determined based on your specific area.
  • Outside Dhaka: Additional charges apply depending on product weight and location.
  • All delivery charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
  • This will include tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.

Failed Delivery

  • In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence, we will contact you.
  • After two failed delivery attempts, the order will be canceled, and a restocking fee may apply.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or invoice must be provided for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, such as food items.
  • Items marked as "Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable."

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our Customer Care team with the following details:

  2. Order number.
  3. Reason for the return. Upon approval, we will provide further instructions. We may arrange for a pickup or request that you ship the item back to us.

Refund Process

  • After verifying the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • The refund process may take 7–10 business days to complete.

Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), EliteMart24 will cover the shipping costs.
  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
